Tracy Huggins

Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA)

Executive Director

Huggins directed over 32 redevelopment projects with combined DURA financing
of approximately $640 million, leveraging over $7 billion in private investment.
DURA played a pivotal role in the revitalization of Denver’s downtown,
helping create 1,565 residential units, save 12 historic buildings and
renovate four vacant department stores.

Huggins was recognized as the 2010 Woman of Influence by
Denver Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and was named the
2011 Outstanding Women in Business – Real Estate & Construction
by the Denver Business Journal.
