I graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy in November of 2003. I was taught therapeutic massage that is based on Swedish theory and technique, which gave me a solid foundation for mastering many different bodywork modalities. I was taught Eastern paradigm of bodywork therapy that includes shiatsu, reflexology and acupressure, along with contemporary Western modalities such as structural bodywork, trigger point therapy, injury massage, sports massage, and cranial sacral therapy. I combine most of these techniques to provide a personalized session to my client’s specific needs. I have a passion for helping others and I love providing a service that I believe, everyone truly needs. There is no greater gift than to help free you from pain.
