Hours: Wed-Sun 8am-2pm Bryan and Alyssa moved back from Portland to their hometown of Spokane and were missing waffles. For what seemed like an eternity but was actually only a few years, the idea simply percolated. Until one day, in the midst of one of the craziest years yet, these two decided it was time to birth that idea. There’s lots of family love poured into these waffles. The recipe has been handed down from Alyssa’s Great Grandmother, fondly referred to by all as GeGe. And then came the food truck. We served Spokane in the midst of the pandemic and were SO blessed to do so. The dream just kept growing. In April 2021, People’s Waffle opened the doors of its first café in the heart of downtown.
