Renovating the past, developing the future. Established on September 10th 2001, RenCorp LLC opened its doors facing the challenges of a new reality, untold uncertainty and personal tragedy. What emerged was a dynamic company which for nearly a decade helped shape Spokane’s downtown area. During its run RenCorp saved numerous historic buildings while helping redefine downtown living and revitalize the edges of our urban core. RenCorp is a full service firm offering Architectural, Brokerage, Construction and Development services, which are the ABCD’s of RenCorp. RenCorp has designed, built and developed numerous properties that have been registered on both the local and National register of Historical places. Over time, focus has been on the renovation and restoration of a variety of adaptive reuse projects, many of which are included in our portfolio. We continue to manage many of the buildings we developed under RenCorp as well as those properties we have brokered and developed in recent years. Currently, RenCorp is working on many project around the area to continue building up the downtown Spokane area.
