SUMMARY:What's on the other side: Works by JJ Harty
DESCRIPTION:We exist in a moment of over-stimulation and information saturation\, a moment where a short descriptive paragraph can create a beautiful\, sparkling image for us\, but then be quickly forgotten and dissolved back into the ether of the internet. This work is a playful way to make commentary on the serious questions about AI art. Using very simple pre-programmed vacuuming/mopping robots with some minimal modifications I wrangle the robots to produce something visually interesting. The catch is\, just like AI\, these robots cannot do it on their own. They need input and a lot of help from a person to make the art.

SUMMARY:The Aligned Business: Defining the WHY
DESCRIPTION:Your WHY is not a statement. It is a compass. \nBusy is not the same as aligned. And scaling without clarity is expensive. \nWhether you are just starting out or leading a growing team\, your mission\, vision\, and values are not documents you write once and forget. You will refine your WHY through who you are today\, clarify the future you are building toward\, and strengthen the values guiding your decisions. \nYou do not need to have attended the first workshop to join us. \nSocial Hour from 5:00–5:30 PM\nSponsored by Thrivent and Numerica \nWorkshop Experience from 5:30–7:00 PM \nIf something feels slightly off in your business\, do not ignore it. This is your moment to realign. \n
