In this session, Kim Davis will present Embedding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Organizational Practices. During this webinar, Kim will go over key areas of your organization where diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts should be implemented. In addition, Kim will provide tips for creating belonging in the workplace which is essential to a positive organizational culture.
Bio: Kim Davis is a professional in the field of diversity, equity and inclusion and is a skilled facilitator of difficult conversations. She has 29-year background in human resources with specialties in diversity, equity and inclusion, equal opportunity, affirmative action and American’s with Disabilities Act compliance. Kim has a Master’s degree in Cultural and Organizational Communication, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Kim currently serves as the Senior Director for Diversity and Inclusion at Eastern Washington University, as well as teaching human resources classes for the University. Kim offers diversity, equity and inclusion consulting, and customized training and workshops, through her company, K Davis & Associates.
