Kolva-Sullivan Gallery is honored to exhibit the work from the estate of former Gonzaga University Professor Emeritus Terry Gieber (1948-2021). All work in the exhibition was created by Professor Gieber and includes work never before exhibited in Spokane. Professor Gieber was a beloved arts educator and accomplished artist whose work is in major collections throughout the United States. He contributed mightily to the Spokane ceramics community and was a force as manifested by his famous tornado jars which hearkened back in fired clay to his Kansas roots. Terry will forever hold an important place in the legacy of Northwest clay.
