The Intermountain Foundation (Formerly the JAKT Foundation) is dedicated to uplifting our region through food, storytelling, and community connection. We support local chefs, growers, artisans, and small businesses by producing Crave! NW, Crave TV, and the Spokane Valley Farmers Market – events and programs that celebrate the people who nourish our communities and make the Pacific & Inland Northwest vibrant.

5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Passed Appetizers & Silent Auction
6:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Dinner Commence & 5 curated courses crafted by local chefs
7:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Live Auction & Dessert
Dress code: Cocktail – Black Tie
We invite guests to elevate the evening with polished, elegant attire. While black-tie is encouraged, it’s not required—feel free to choose a look that feels refined, comfortable, and special for the night.
Purpose
All proceeds support hospitality education, community connection, and marketing support for independent restaurants, breweries, artisans, and distillers. Intermountain Foundation is a certified 501(c)(3).
