Owner and operator Reema Shaver immigrated to the United States from Jordan in 1976 and grew up in the hospitality industry. In 2005, after raising her children, Reema opened Bistango Martini Lounge, offering Spokane’s first true cocktail lounge experience with drinks made using fresh herbs and juices, well before craft cocktail culture hit the Inland Northwest.
