Gonzaga Athletics has announced the West Coast Conference matchup between Bulldog men’s basketball and Pepperdine on Jan. 4 will be played at Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena as the CCF Classic benefiting the Community Cancer Fund.

Tickets to the game will be included as part of the Gonzaga season ticket package. Tickets will go on sale to the public on Nov. 10 through the Spokane Arena at TicketsWest.com. Zag Members will have a presale opportunity to purchase tickets the week of Nov. 6-10.

Last season, GU cruised to an 88-72 victory over Kentucky in the Spokane Arena. The Top-5 matchup drew 12,333 fans, the largest crowd ever for any event in the history of the Spokane Arena. The Zags are 12-6 all-time in their games inside the Spokane Arena since it opened in 1995.

Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena hosts first and second round games of the NCAA Tournament this season on March 22 and 24. The University of Idaho will be the hosts of the event.

Gonzaga opens its schedule with an exhibition against Lewis-Clark State in the McCarthey Athletic Center on Nov. 3. The Bulldogs start the regular season versus Yale on Nov. 10.
