Christmas Tree Elegance, Spokane’s premiere holiday attraction, will feature 16 fabulous trees and accompanying gifts, nine on the mezzanine of the Historic Davenport Hotel and seven on the second floor of River Park Square. The raffle features $1 tickets which give. a chance to win one of the trees valued up to $4,999. The raffle, produced by the 300 volunteers for the Spokane Symphony Associates, benefits the Spokane Symphony Orchestra.
