About This Event

Class style: Entertainment. This class has no hands-on participation.
This class will show you French food is not only delicious, but easy to recreate at home!
Francine Martinie Chough, cookbook author, French cuisine cooking instructor, and lifelong lover of food will share her decades of knowledge!
In this class you will learn:
The two main categories of sauces, émulsion and roux based.
On the menu: Chicken Chasseur (Veloutée), Cheese Soufflé, Sauce Soubise, Mayonnaise and Aioli served with crudite and bread.
Each student will take home a copy of Francine’s cookbook, Bricks in a Pebble Sauce. You’ll have your copy personally signed by Francine at the end of class!
