Matt Smith is a visual artist residing in the INW. Born on the ocean, his work reflects his adoration and infatuation with all things nautical and tropical. He paints mostly, with a developed sense of unique and individual style. He has painted several murals around the Spokane area, the most notable and public being the Stevens Street underpass fish. He is currently looking forward to grad school (MFA at UofI) and painting his first mural in the Hawaiian Islands. Check out his incredible pieces on Instagram @armadiller
