The DSP, in collaboration with the Center for Personal Protection and Safety (CPPS), is offering a personal safety and de-escalation training for downtown business owners, staff, and affiliates. This hands-on training prepares public-facing professionals to manage disruptive behavior, resolve conflict, and stay safe. Through real-world scenarios and proven strategies, participants will learn how to respond calmly, communicate clearly, and prevent escalation in challenging situations.
