In this demonstration style class, you will learn how to prepare Prime Rib, an iconic centerpiece for many holiday dinners. Prime Rib can be considered one of the more intimidating cuts/roasts to cook due to the high price and large size; however, Al will break down his process to make it simple and flawless!
During the class, he’ll discuss the meat science behind this cut and dive into seasoning and cooking techniques. You’ll snack on locally baked bread and sip on a complimentary glass of wine while Al’s shares all his tips and tricks to making a masterpiece.
