Learn the three S’s—Season, Sear, and Slice—along with how to choose cuts, understand marbling, and cook steak perfectly every time. Al will demonstrate three primal cuts and prepare five styles of steak. The meal is rounded out with potatoes, a roasted seasonal veggie, and a simple dessert you can make indoors or on the grill.
