About This Event

Spokane teacher, naturalist, and author Jack Nisbet, who has written several collections and books that explore human and natural history, provides Pacific Northwest context for John James Audubon’s famous condor painting; as well as others of Audubon’s works from specimens collected by English botanist and zoologist Thomas Nuttall and naturalist John Kirk Townsend in the Pacific Northwest in the 1830s.
