About This Event

Recommended for those who have taken the Sourdough Starter class, this two-day workshop with Jeff dives into sourdough baking from start to finish. On Day 1, make dough, fold and rest it, and turn discard into crackers. Overnight, the dough rises in the classroom. On Day 2, shape, proof, score, and bake baguettes, and prepare a personal pan of sourdough brownies to bake at home. Enjoy samples of freshly baked baguette and take home your creations.
