The Whitworth Symphony Orchestra Fall concert will feature exciting works ranging from America to Sweden, England, Russia and Germany. Featured on the program is a North American premiere of Helena Munktell’s Suite Symphonique, a work first published in Sweden in 1895 but unknown to audiences. American composer Robert Muczynski’s Dovetail Overture will open the program and it will conclude with Brahms’ Academic Festival Overture.
