DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Pride Month with a vibrant group exhibition at the Spokane Art School featuring works by Tif Ander Patterson\, Rose Honey\, Missy Narrance\, Rook Haug\, and Matt Schwenk. Curated by Gwyn Pevonka\, this exhibition highlights artists from Spokane’s LGBTQ+ community and showcases a wide range of creative voices and mediums. \nJoin us for the Opening Reception on Friday\, June 5th from 5pm–8pm and experience an evening of art\, community\, and celebration. \nFeatured artist Tif Ander Patterson is a prolific multidisciplinary queer artist\, graphic designer\, and arts educator known for their quirky illustrative style and richly textured work spanning ceramics\, murals\, wearable art\, painting\, and pottery. They are passionate about collaboration\, mentorship\, and creating accessible\, non-gatekept arts spaces within the community. \nThe exhibition will remain on view through June 30th. Gallery hours are Monday–Friday\, 10am–5pm\, and the gallery is open to the public.

DESCRIPTION:Free and open to the public\, reception for the “2nd Inland Northwest Quilt Exhibition” at the Jundt Art Museum at Gonzaga University.  June 5\, 2026\, 4 to 7pm. \nThis display features quilts produced recently by members of the Inland Northwest Modern Quilt Guild (INMOD).  In 2023\, the museum hosted the Inland Northwest Modern Quilt Juried Exhibition featuring 20 quilts selected by the museum staff.  In this exhibition\, INMOD\, to showcase the work of the guild and its members\, has chosen objects based upon artistic quality\, merit\, and the visual aesthetics of modern quilting.
