chances of winning.
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
The Après Holiday Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on January 9, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific
time (“pt”) and ends on February 15, 2026, at 7:59 p.m. Pt (the “promotion period”). By
participating, each entrant (or their parent or legal guardian if the entrant is under the age of
majority in their state of residence) agrees to comply with these official rules and the decisions of
the Downtown Spokane Partnership (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding. The sponsor is
responsible for administering the sweepstakes. Questions regarding the sweepstakes should be
directed to the sponsor.
ELIGIBILITY
The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Florida) and the
district of Columbia who are 12 years of age or younger, with permission from a parent or legal
guardian age 18 or older. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and where prohibited
or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of the Downtown Spokane Partnership,
the sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, advertising
and promotion agencies (collectively, the “promotion entities”), and members of their
immediate families or households are not eligible to enter or win.
HOW TO ENTER
During the promotion period, participants may visit participating retail and hospitality businesses
located within the Downtown Spokane Business Improvement District and request an entry form.
Entry forms may be requested with or without a purchase. Completed entry forms must be
deposited in the official entry box located at 808 W Main Ave (first level).

Entrants will be asked to provide their first and last name, email address, and phone number.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per location, per day. All entries must be received by the end of
the promotion period. The sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for the sweepstakes.
PRIVACY
If selected as a winner, entrants acknowledge that their name and certain other information
may be disclosed as required by law, including but not limited to publication on a winners list.
Per-sonal information collected in connection with the sweepstakes may be shared among the
pro-motion entities and used in accordance with each entity’s privacy policy.
WINNER SELECTION
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The drawing will take place on or about February 18, 2026 and will be conducted
by the sponsor or its designated representatives. Odds of winning depend on the number of
eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within approximately three (3) days of
the drawing and must respond to and accept the prize within ten (10) business days. Failure to
respond, or return of notification as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
PRIZES
One (1) grand prize winner will receive:
• $250 the North Face gift card
• $250 Nike gift card
• River Park Square Experience: $50 gift cards to AMC Theatres, Flatstick Pub, Polka Dot
Pottery, Twigs, and Gene Juarez
Total approximate retail value (Arv): $1,000.
Limit one (1) prize per household. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor
may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, entrants agree:
A) any disputes will be resolved individually in courts located in the state of Washington
and without resort to class actions;
B) recovery shall be limited to out-of-pocket costs, and entrants waive any claim to
punitive or consequential damages;
C) the winner (or parent/legal guardian if the winner is a minor) grants permission to the
promotion entities to use their name, image, voice, and likeness for publicity purposes
without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or inaccurate entries or technical failures
that affect participation. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the
sweepstakes if it cannot operate as planned, including due to fraud, tampering, or technical
issues.
