Take your sourdough skills beyond the starter in this immersive two-day workshop with Jeff Halfhide. Designed for students with basic sourdough knowledge, this class walks you through the complete process of baking artisan sourdough baguettes. On Day 1, you’ll mix, fold, and rest dough while learning to make crispy sourdough crackers from discard. On Day 2, you’ll shape, proof, score, and bake your own baguette to take home. While the bread bakes, you’ll prepare sourdough brownie batter for home baking. Menu includes sourdough crackers, sourdough brownies, and sourdough baguette samples.
