Imagine Spokane
without downtown
Established in 1995, the DSP is a non-profit membership organization focused on maintaining Spokane’s urban core as a vibrant center for business, retail, government, education, transportation, and living.
Serving as the central city advocate and service provider for the downtown Business Improvement District, the DSP unites over 100 community organizations committed to revitalizing downtown Spokane’s economic, physical, and social environment. Membership contributions range from $575 to $11,550 or more annually. The DSP’s efforts are crucial for the entire community’s economic health, enhancing job creation, quality of life, and property values, and making downtown a key hub for commerce, entertainment, and culture.
