Jeff will share practical tips for keeping your starter active and ready for baking. Students will take home a mature sourdough starter, a starter jar, and a helpful resource guide. Enjoy samples of sourdough bread with accompaniments and learn how to transform discard into delicious sourdough pancakes. Please note: this class focuses on starter care, not bread baking.
