**Class Style: Hands-On (100% participation) | Ages 10–16**

Let the kids make dinner! In this fun, hands-on class with Jamie Aquino, young chefs will learn to make fresh pasta from scratch, prepare homemade marinara and Alfredo sauces, and create a complete Italian meal for the family. Students will also make a spinach strawberry salad with balsamic dressing and garlic breadsticks. After sampling their creations and watching a cooking demonstration, they’ll take home dinner for four, along with instructions for finishing the meal at home. This class is vegetarian and plant-based friendly and is designed for kids comfortable with basic knife skills and cooking over heat.
