The Downtown Spokane Partnership (DSP) is seeking 1–3 food truck vendors to participate in a variety of downtown events presented by DSP and community partners throughout the summer and fall of 2026.
These events bring thousands of visitors, residents, employees, and community members downtown to enjoy arts, entertainment, local businesses, and special experiences. We are looking for food vendors who can add to the event atmosphere with convenient, high-quality food options for attendees.
What DSP Provides
Food truck vendors selected for participation will receive:
- Promotion as a participating food vendor through DSP event marketing channels
- A guaranteed event location and reserved parking space
- Inclusion in event communications and online event information when applicable
- Coordination with DSP event staff for arrival, placement, and logistics
- Garbage service for vendor-related event waste
Please note: DSP does not provide payment, guarantees sales, or offer a stipend for participation. Vendors are responsible for their own staffing, equipment, food, supplies, permits, and sales operations.
Vendor Requirements
We are seeking food trucks that offer a simple “park and play” experience with minimal setup needs.
Requirements include:
- Preference given to fully self-contained food trucks
- Generators preferred, as event power access is limited
- Ability to arrive, set up, operate, and remove equipment independently
- Valid City of Spokane business license to operate
- Current Spokane Regional Health District approvals and required food permits
- Compliance with all applicable safety, insurance, and operational requirements

Event Opportunities
First Friday Up to three food trucks
- Event Overview: Experience the energy of First Friday in the heart of Spokane. From 5:00–8:00 p.m. each First Friday, downtown transforms into a vibrant celebration of creativity, with local galleries, retailers, and restaurants hosting artists, musicians, special exhibits, and unique food and drink experiences across the city center. Guests are invited to explore participating venues, discover new artwork, meet local creators, and enjoy the lively atmosphere that makes First Friday one of downtown’s most beloved monthly traditions. The evening also features the high-energy First Friday Face-Off, where artists bring blank canvases to life in a live painting showdown.

Wine on Wall Up to two food trucks
- Event Overview: Wine on Wall is a lively outdoor wine tasting series bringing Spokane’s wine scene to the heart of downtown. On the third Wednesday of each month, Wall Street transforms into a vibrant gathering space featuring local wineries, live music, and opportunities to connect with friends, neighbors, and fellow wine enthusiasts. Hosted by the Downtown Spokane Partnership, Visit Spokane, and the Spokane Winery Association, this ticketed event showcases regional wines in a welcoming open-air setting while supporting local wineries and downtown businesses.
