[SPOKANE, WA] – Spokane’s First Friday this month offers a mix of art, music, and community experiences across the city, no fooling.
At Big City Art Studio & Gallery in the west end, artist Dylan Lipsker showcases his work with live music from 6:00 – 8:00pm, while Bistango Martini Lounge hosts musician Devon Wade for an evening of cocktails and live entertainment. Chase Gallery features artists Finn Pond and Meghan Jones, exploring abstract forms and multidisciplinary techniques.
Cultivated Chameleon presents surrealist dreamscapes by Audreana Camm, and Entropy showcases Eric Sanchez’s imaginative collection Chairs, Leaves, and Trees. At Helix Tasting Room, artist T.K. Pruitt blends Japanese and Southern influences in nature-inspired pieces, paired with local wines. Indaba Coffee Roasters highlights artist Toby Keough, with live jazz by the Spokane All-City Jazz Ensemble.
Liberty Gallery hosts Duality, an exhibition of Spokane Print & Publishing Center artists, while SAUVAGE ZSA™ features Western Fine Art and interactive kids’ activities. At Symons Block Building, enjoy art by Dario Ré, interactive installations, DJ TAKE TWO, and a Bonsai sale. Terrain Gallery presents Kevin Haas’ A Distant Closeness, a thought-provoking mix of prints and installations. The Clay Connection displays Jennifer’s colorful ceramic works, and Trackside Studio highlights ceramic pieces from regional faculty and students.
With an exciting lineup of exhibits, music, and creative experiences, First Friday is the perfect way to explore Spokane’s downtown arts scene.

First Friday Spokane launched in November of 2003 in partnership between the Downtown Spokane Partnership and Spokane Arts Commission. Today, venues across downtown participate each month to bring visitors to our city center and promote arts patronage in our region for the opportunity to see if first, hear it first, and find it first.
