Enjoy fine cuisine and festive holiday music performed by members of the Spokane Symphony and Music Director James Lowe in the beautiful Grand Pennington Ballroom at the Historic Davenport Hotel.

- Begin with endive and arugula salad with parsnips, pomegranate seeds, brie, and raisin crostini. Choose one of three entrées:
- Roasted chicken breast with melting potatoes and ginger-creamed kale
- Flat iron steak with seared sushi rice, charred eggplant, and red miso glaze
- Sun-dried tomato, lemon, and parsley polenta cake with silken tofu grits (vegan and gluten-free)
- Desserts include alternating servings of vanilla bean panna cotta with cranberry-orange compote and gingerbread crumb, or chocolate cherry entremet with milk chocolate mousse and cherry-soaked chocolate cake.
