The Downtown Spokane Development Association (DSDA) is seeking qualified certified public accounting firms to provide annual audit services beginning with the 2025 fiscal year.

The DSDA—operator of the Downtown Spokane Partnership and administrator of the Downtown Business Improvement District—is looking for a firm with strong nonprofit and BID audit experience to support a multi-year engagement.

The audit will cover DSDA and BID financials, include preparation of required statements, review of internal controls, presentation of findings to governing boards, and adherence to a June 2026 completion timeline.

Firms are asked to submit a proposal outlining qualifications, team members, audit approach, and a clear fee structure. References from similar clients are required.

Proposals are due January 2, 2026 and should be submitted electronically to DSDA Director of Finance & Impact, Brandon Dewey, at bdewey@downtownspokane.org.

Minority and woman-owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
