Downtown Spokane is seeking breweries and cideries to participate in Brewfest at Fall Fest, a one-day craft beverage tasting experience bringing Pacific Northwest producers together in the heart of downtown.

- Anticipated attendance: 500+ guests
Vendor Benefits
There is no participation fee for breweries and cideries. Participating vendors receive:
- Dedicated 10′ × 10′ booth space
- Inclusion in event marketing and the festival map
- Regional event promotion
- Direct access to Fall Fest attendees
- Reimbursement for product served based on wholesale keg pricing submitted with the application
Vendor Requirements
Participating breweries and cideries are responsible for providing:
- Their own beer or cider product
- Appropriate dispensing equipment, including a jockey box
- Qualified staff to pour and manage the booth
- All licenses, permits, and approvals required for alcohol service
- Two to four beer or cider selections
- Current wholesale keg pricing for each product submitted for reimbursement
- A 10′ × 10′ tent, if available
- Compliance with all event policies and applicable alcohol-service requirements
Pony kegs are preferred for lower-volume selections. No more than two kegs may be tapped at one time per vendor, unless otherwise approved by the event organizer.
Product Reimbursement
Participating vendors will be reimbursed for product served during the event based on the wholesale keg pricing submitted with the application. Reimbursement will be based on the quantity of product served and is subject to final event documentation and verification.
Additional reimbursement procedures and payment information will be provided to approved vendors.

Participation is first come, first served and subject to available vendor space.
After an application is submitted, a Fall Fest representative will follow up within three business days to confirm participation and provide additional event details, operational instructions, and any follow-up questions.
