Whether you’re confident with steak or your family hides the tongs from you, Chef Al will share all the secrets. In this entertaining demo-style class, you’ll learn the three S’s: Season, Sear, and Slice. Al will cover primal cuts, where steaks come from, how to choose them, the importance of marbling, and how to cook a perfectly textured steak every time. He’ll demonstrate three primal cuts and prepare five types of steaks, plus his favorite potato and veggie sides and an easy dessert. On the menu: A full steak dinner featuring Tenderloin, New York, Ribeye, and two kinds of T-bone, served with potatoes, roasted seasonal vegetables, and dessert.
