How to Join the Board
The Downtown Spokane Partnership (DSP) Board of Directors consists of up to 30 directors who are appointed by the DSP Board itself to direct the policies and operations of the organization. The primary role of Directors is to assure that the DSP resources are directed in ways that protect and advance the DSP’s interests and its role in the region. Directors provide a variety of skills and expertise, community connections, occupations, ages and backgrounds. Directors are nominated by the DSP nominating committee and approved by membership at the DSP Annual Meeting. At Large Directors are eligible to serve up to three consecutive two-year terms while Local Interest Directors are appointed annually.
