For only $40 per month with ShuttlePark, park at the Arena parking lot and receive a ride to and from downtown. ShuttlePark is a partnership between the Spokane Transit Authority (STA), the Spokane Arena, and the BID.
The Plaza-Arena shuttle travels to the center of downtown to the STA Plaza with many convenient stops along the way. During peak hours, the shuttle departs every few minutes with service every 20 minutes throughout the day. Parking is available Monday through Friday, plus on weekends if no events are scheduled at the Arena. The ShuttlePark pass is valid on the shuttle during all service hours and is also accepted on Routes 27 and 39 which pass directly by the Spokane Arena after Plaza-Arena shuttle hours.

The Parkade
The newly renovated Parkade has availability for monthly parking and is currently offering incentives for long term commitments.
Residential Parking
Downtown Residential Parking District Permits (DRPD) are issued by the City to a landlord/property manager/property owner. Permits are not issued from the City directly to individuals at this time.
DRPD permits are for use by residents at ALL-DAY paid parking spaces, which allows the permit holder to hang the placard instead of paying at the ALL-DAY paid parking device. Having a DRPD permit does not prevent permit holders from being subject to other parking regulations according to the Spokane Municipal Code.
