Peer Spokane envisions a space where peers come together in support and personal development through the ever-evolving components of community informed programming. We have designed our new space in downtown Spokane to do just that with room to grow our staff and services to suit the needs of the Spokane recovery community.
We are an organization led by and for peers. Our premise is simple; community-based peers with lived experience addressing the challenges of addiction, mental health and/or chronic illness understand and support one another in a way that no one else can. Together we break the bonds of isolation by building community, exhibiting hope for reaching our unlimited potential, building person-centered recovery, challenging the myths laid upon us by social stigma, and maintaining our personal recovery by giving support back to one another. We serve all persons seeking recovery or in recovery who abide by our principles of safety and inclusion for all people (veterans, persons of color, men/women/non-binary, LGBTQ individuals, etc.)
