De España is inspired by the Spanish cuisine styles with a majority from the Catalonia region while tying in local and seasonal products to create our own brand of Spanish tapas. We use traditional techniques and recipes for a base, then infuse in our own experiences and preferences to add our own unique spin to fit our part of the world. 

What to expect for first time guests?

Our restaurant reflects our experience and ideas from Spain. Although we are not trying to recreate an authentic Spanish experience, we want our guests to feel like they have stepped into something that both reminds them of Spain and of our home, the Inland Northwest. Keeping the brick exposed and the shape from the classic building while adding some Spanish flair to the decor. We will carry wines from regions all over Spain, some Spanish varietals from the NW, regional sangrias and classic cocktails served late with late night snacks thrown in for free. The dishes we prepare will reflect the best of our region as well as specialties from Spain.
