Monthly parking customers have 24 hour access for both entry and exit. Daily customers can enter after opening times and have exit access after closing times by taking the parking ticket with you and entering the street level lobby located in the plaza area. Ticket must be kept with you to scan it at the door reader at the lobby doors.

HOURLY RATES
1st 1/2 Hour - $2.00. 2nd 1/2 Hour is $2.00. Each additional 1/2 Hour - $1.00

Daily - $13.00 Maximum. Early Bird Special. Enter Before 9:00 AM - $9.00 Maximum. Credit and Debit cards accepted all hours and required to exit. Garage accessible for exit after closing by taking your parking ticket with you to scan it at the street level lobby doors located in the plaza area.

MONTHLY RATES
Parkade offers monthly parking on the upper levels as well as the basement level, subject to availability. Monthly parking allows unlimited in and out privileges. After-hours access is by use of keycard.

Upper level parking: $165/month
Basement level parking: $210/month
