Spokane, WASH. (October 7, 2024)— The Downtown Spokane Partnership (DSP) today announces the return of Back to Downtown Spirit Week, taking place from October 14-18, 2024. Now in its third year, this fun-filled event invites businesses, teams, and individuals to dress up, explore downtown, and enjoy special deals and prizes.

Throughout the week, participants can join in themed dress-up days and compete for daily prizes by submitting photos. Spirit Club members can also unlock exclusive deals by checking in and presenting their club card at participating businesses.

Each day during the week features a special theme for teams to coordinate outfits and enter to win the spirit competition.

  • Tuesday, Oct. 15: Beach Day | Tacos & Margarita Day
  • Wednesday, Oct. 16: Wear Purple Day (Spokane Pride Day) | Downtown Staples
  • Thursday, Oct. 17: Decades Day | Wine & Cocktails Day
  • Friday, Oct. 18: Sports Day | Beer & Cider Day

Employees of downtown are encouraged to form a team, dress up and submit group photos daily via the Back to Downtown website for a chance to be selected as the daily spirit winner. Photos will be shared on the Downtown Spokane Facebook page from October 21-23, where public voting will determine the overall grand prize trophy winner.

Participating individuals can unlock daily deals at participating businesses by presenting their Spirit Club Card and enter to win gift cards by scanning QR codes found at daily locations.

Registration for teams and individuals is open now at the Back to Downtown website. The DSP will be sharing updates, additional deals, and more @downtownspokane on most social platforms.
