Avista’s Water Power Walking tour uses a virtual platform to guide visitors to seven stops in and around Riverfront Park. Using a series of QR codes and interpretive signs, visitors can learn more about the history and integrated water power system that has energized downtown Spokane for more than 100 years. The tour includes short videos, historical images and Expo ’74 memories. And audio narration is available for each stop!
