The Kitchen Engine staff will be serving a 6-course Italian Dinner, as our resident Instructor Jamie Aquino demonstrates and talks you through each recipe as you dine. Antonio, second generation winemaker and founding partner of August Imports, will pour seven (7) incredible wines, share the origins and tasting notes of each wine, and regale you with winemaker stories and European wine history.
