Promotions and activities seek to bring employees and energy back to downtown Spokane
Spokane, WA—Energy and excitement are taking back center stage in downtown Spokane with the launch of the first-ever “spirit week” October 24 through 28. Creating fun and engaging activities aimed at downtown employees, the promotion will include activities and promotions during and after work all week long. Launched by the Downtown Spokane Partnership (DSP) to welcome returning employees back to their downtown, the campaign is reinvigorating in-office collaboration – and competition – while supporting local businesses with unique promotions and specials.
“Downtown Spokane is incredibly resilient, changing and adapting to today’s ever-changing work trends,” said Emilie Cameron, President & CEO of the Downtown Spokane Partnership. “With so many employees returning to work, we’re thrilled to kick off a week full of activities and promotions celebrating the many advantages and great things that can only be experienced when working downtown.”

To participate, employees can register online at BackToDowntown.org for their free Downtown Card featuring discounts and deals, including free tacos, wine pours, pints, and more. Downtown employees are encouraged to register as teams within their company or workplace, prizes will be awarded to teams with the best participation and engagement on social media throughout the week.
