You’re invited to join business and community leaders alongside elected officials and urban champions to celebrate the many reasons why “Spokane is Downtown” at the 3rd Annual State of Downtown & Awards Breakfast.
The thought-provoking program featuring a keynote by Carol Ross Barney, recipient of the 2023 American Institute of Architects Gold Medal. Barney has led Ross Barney Architects since 1981, pioneering civic space design. With nearly 50 years of experience, she has left an indelible mark on the built environment, the profession, and architectural education. Her public-focused portfolio showcases sustainability and enriches metropolitan experiences while fostering equity and mentoring future architects.
The program will also feature the “state of downtown” presentation on the unique position of Spokane’s urban core and a very special 2024 Downtown Awards recognition for the 2024 Legacy Award and Impact Award.
