Maria La Fleur is an emerging, self-taught artist living in the Inland Northwest who works mostly with acrylics. She enjoys producing bold, high-contrast expressionistic, with a touch of abstract paintings. Genie Maples recently moved to Spokane from Asheville, NC where she had an open studio for many years. Her work encompasses massive elaborate oil paintings, intricate stitching, intimate drawings, and experimental assemblage pieces. Avenue West Gallery is excited to show the work of these two artists foe the month of April. Please join us on First Friday, April 4th from 3 to 7 pm and meet these two talented artists.
