Take your taste buds on a culinary journey around the world in two hours! Journey to France and taste a creamy garlic soup called Tourin, then on to Italy with the classic, Wedding Soup. Next your taste buds will experience Asia, with Indian Curried Lentils, and Asian Influence Soup w//ith Ginger Tofu Dumplings. Finally, you’ll head south to Mexico for some spicy Tortilla Soup bursting with chipotle and lime, and sample a Spanish inspired soup called Poblano Asado Sopa de Arroz, made with roasted poblanos and hearty brown rice. These soups feature a wide variety of vegetarian broths and bouillons as well as plenty of rice, beans and fresh produce!
