About This Event

Acro yoga is a merging of communication and movement with a partner. Working together to find balance and breath while navigating your bodies in space. The practice of acro can help transform your communication skills and boost your self-confidence all while building connections and community. Influenced by various movement arts, acro yoga has many expressions. Within this class we will awaken the inner child’s playful nature and mindfully explore the body’s edges while being centered in mindful body awareness. All levels welcome, positive attitude needed, partner not required.
