About This Event

Recommended: Take the Sourdough Starter class first if you’re new to sourdough.
Two-Day Workshop: Sunday, Jan 4 @ 4:00pm (1.5 hrs) and Monday, Jan 5 @ 5:45pm (2.5 hrs).

Join Jeff for a full sourdough baking experience.
Day 1: Mix, fold, and rest your dough, and learn to use discard to make sourdough crackers. Dough rises overnight in the kitchen.
Day 2: Portion, shape, proof, and score your baguette before baking it to take home. While it bakes, make a personal pan of sourdough brownie batter.
Menu: Sourdough crackers, sourdough brownies, and baguette samples.
