Spokane, WA — In an effort to increase Spokane’s vaccination rate, the Downtown Spokane Partnership (DSP), Washington State Department of Health and Spokane Regional Health District, with support from the City of Spokane and local businesses, are partnering to bring two pop-up vaccination clinics to downtown. Both clinics will feature live music and games, as well as giveaways and prize drawings for those who get vaccinated on-site.
“We know the sooner everyone gets vaccinated, the sooner we can reopen Spokane and get ourselves on track to the new normal,” said Mark Richard, DSP President & CEO. “These clinics are meant to be an even more convenient option to anyone who still may not have received their shot. It’s the perfect opportunity to hang out and have some fun in a safe environment, while also doing your part to help stop the spread of COVID-19.”
Appointments will be available online, and walk-ups will be accepted as well. To learn more and schedule a vaccination appointment, anyone interested can visit the Downtown Spokane Partnership’s website here.
